Why my astro byond remote didn't function properly? It showed red light whenever I pressed all buttons except volume and numbers. The info/ subs/ arrow button all turned red light and didnt showed any changes. It really pissed me off since I can only change channel without knowing the next and infos. kids cannot change the language whenever they watch cartoons

Okay. Lots of explanation. but the prob is why on earth it can't function and turn red light? Somebody kindly help me please!
