and btw, i want to ask, anyone here using iOS 5.0.1 on iPhone 3GS? how's the battery performance? i'm still currently on iOS 4.3.5 and looking forward to upgrade to the latest iOS since it works very well on my iPod Touch 4th gen. it fixed the battery drainage problem in iOS 5.

have you tried to reinstall from itunes itself? just go to app section and select which apps to reinstall. supposedly all your purchased apps are kept in the itunes so no problem to reinstall from there. unless you use different itunes acc.

Of course they will all gone once you upgrade.

You should have checked the forum first before you upgrade especially when you're on jailbreak.

If you save any latest SHSH, then you can downgrade back.

If not, if you want jailbreak now, can do semi tethered jailbreak. full untethered jailbreak yet to come out. Maybe can get in another one or two weeks.

if you dont have any SHSH saved, then yes, you have to jailbreak again. I reckon you to wait a bit. Wait until full untethered jailbreak comes out.

When I got my phone, it's jailbroken. Then i reinstored it. Nothing different. Unless you like to tweak your phone a lot using Cydia, then JB is good for you.

Or else, why need to? Still got a lot of free apps and games what in App Store? I dont really bother spending money on apps and games. Worth the money. Spend when got money, sit at the corner when no money. You'll appreciate the great job done by Apple more when you pay for apps.

While waiting for the jailbreak, try to use your phone without jailbreak. So how it goes.
