Whenever a new mail came, the Notification Center won't notify me. Have to open the maill app, refresh it, then you will know wether you have a new mail or not. Step 1. Configure Push mail in Settings-->Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Look for Fetch New Data, make sure it says Push.Step 2. Configure Mail in Notification Center in Settings--->Notifications. Look for Mail, configure how you want it to look like, i.e. Alert Style, choose Banners and switch Notification Center to ON.
