4s user here, just upgrade to 5.1.. The battery life is impressive after upgrade. For me is a drastic change since before that my battery life was super sucks.. At least now on par with the spec listed in maxis website. For the signal I still can't see any difference, may be I am not observant enough.. But I am super satisfy apple finally solve my prob!!!
