Yes... I agreed on normal pos.. Why I Need to complaint at here is..

1. He agree to give me postlaju, but then change to normal pos and ask me to top up rm2 to pos laju. I feel being cheated because I feel like he promise everything then after change. Not trustful seller.

2. I am just dealing a water plant with him. Why he want to say he likes me and say want to see me. I feel scared and want to remind all of female buyer.

3. I have mention above, I don't want any refund or anything. Just to let other female customer to be aware of this. Since I already get my plants, I will try to tanam them hope they can survive.

4. I have make a police report if he really come to find me. I will call police directly.

Let's be realistic here. There was clearly a miscommunication between you and seller.

If you think you are being cheated, it is because you cannot get the price that you wanted.

Honestly I think you are a bit too much to expect plants can be sold for RM8 including POSLAJU (that service ain't cheap). Come on la, a few ringgit more and you make big noise about it?

This case is akin to that HDTV that mistakenly shown selling price of $9.99.

If you insist on demanding that he gave you the price that was based on a misunderstanding, you only make things worse for yourself.

For the plants that I bought from you, I plan to forget it and even if I wasted the rm8, I don't care anymore. However it makes me uncomfortable by your sms content, and the way you convey your message. Can you tell everyone openly, what's your purpose of insisting looking for me face-to-face?

The harassment is clearly wrong no doubt but cannot say you are right all the way when it comes to the deal that was made between you and the seller.

but why are you trying hard in making the buyer look bad ? is that wrong for her to warn the other for what had happen to her ?

you clearly know that its seller's fault for all this mis-understanding, that's why the seller call the buyer AGAIN just to fix his mistake.

normally a steady seller should have cover all the coming expenses which he didn't / mis-inform to the buyer, and for this case, the seller not steady at all (and not to forget the way seller communicate with female buyer, he's just pure cheap taking advantages on female buyer).

therefore I don't see any wrong for the buyer to dispute the seller here, for his fussy dealing method and specially his ignorant in hitting female buyer.


if you are so sure that your a serious seller, why act like a Romeo when know the buyer is a female?
