1. HDD semi-faulty, needed to be replace.
2. EU03 migrate to FR01 server, permanent.

How come the new server FR01 keeps going down! My downloads keep interrupted! Without, what is happening?!!! I am not happy with the service!

It's due to newer OS, kernel issue, while revert back to old kernel everything works fine so far.
You can continue your downloads now.
