We had announced earlier about the issue, we are aware of it.
Currently the server are still under re-installation to different filesystem structure.
For Fileserve/Uploadstation/Filejungle are same company, they ban user for download more than 11GB/day.
Google for fileserve landing 612, you'll see bunch of user complaining.

It's still under re-installing, i'll announce in facebook once it's done.

7/12/11: FR02 our new server and everything resumed back to normal.

Nope, download is unlimited, 20GB is just storage where you can store your files.
You can delete the file in storage once your storage full.

Hi, I'm currently in FR02. may I know in which server are there less users?

My personal opinion on FSC users, do transload your stuff at around 8am onwards local time, the transload speed is at its optimum level. no point of finger pointing whose fault and yada yada. The transload speed during night time and midnight is unbearable. just wanna share my experience. cheers

FR01 do have less user.
