i believe what sam sam said is not wrong. putting your rad on top shud be the 1st option. if u dont have any other options then only u put at the bottom. u may ask y? its becoz u use wc and all the heat is already being transferred to the rad so not much hot air in the casing and u want to blow the hot air out of the casing, not into the casing. thus this action will also pulls cool air into your casing. (theory)
