just want to ask, using xspc 750. can i do this loop ??
pump+res > 240 rad > cpu > 360 rad > gpu > res
*
Yes it's fine.
Just add another motor and it would be fine. The xspc motor is weak

they are the same for gpu core temperature.

reason for 7970 to get higher temp is because of the design of the gpu core, which most universal block cant get good contact on the core. you need the CU adapater for 7970.
*
The temp 66c was with the cu adapter. The Card without adapter was in the 80 c region when mild overclock

AMS is sure a features rich rad system (serve more like market gimmicks)... but in terms on performance not as good as expected... nevertheless the huge size and bulkiness, plus the packed cooling coils of the system will pretty much kill the air flow of ur fans...

can consider new Alphacool NexXxoS series... with various rad thickness to choose from and have multiple plugs for inlet and outlet...
*
Ams looks like you need delta fans. They packed like the fins in a car radiator

The nexxos is better for normal pc fans

If Alphacool NexXxoS Monsta Radiators 4x 120mm , will it too over for me ?

Any suggestion for performance CPU Water Block ?
*
If you can fit a 480 rad go for it.
The bigger the rad the lower the fan speeds need to be

hmm, i maybe will get a mid tower, light wc, then when the nzxt Switch 810 arrive, i will jump ship then do heavy wc. for the time being i will fund the money, haha
*
then stick with your prodigy, good enough to run
why change chassis

jump straight to LDPC
no turning back after that
Can do heavy WC and still ample space to fit so much more

3 loops also possible on PC-V8, just afraid you can't lift it up only.  laugh.gif
*
Also if you mod the lower part of the PC-V8 you can add another compartment by building a sub chassis perhapse housing the phase change too

Yeah, I've looked to that too, but, 3 Fans split maybe too much for Cosmos 2 fan controller, and don't really want extra fan port without fan attached to. Lol.

Last option maybe this.
Owh really?, any idea who is the distro here?
Many thanks for the info. Need to get splitters for upcoming WC upgrade.
*
Niclesteoh also does custom fan splitter. If you are handy with soldering iron can do yourself

Guys, got a question to ask, what size of drill u guys use to drill the fillport hole ? because i measured it to be approx 20mm, and i dont c any drill bits around dat size or any hole saw around that size. would be greatly appreciate ur opinions !
*
Fill port is 20mm diameter
Hole saw for 20mm is standard, near my office the hardware store sells this
For drill bit you need to use reduced shank drill bit. Shank size is 13mm. Need to make sure your chuck can accept this size. This drill bits are expansive around rm70-90

Waterblocks modern ones perform so close to each other just get the one that you think looks nice

When I change from rasa to raystorm the temps may have drop by 0.5c
But raystorm was nicer

its only 0.5C when normal mounted and above
not likely to be badly mounted by WC users

0.5C is not much to shout about, i think just choose the block that has the nice bling factor

if the results were like 2-3 C maybe got difference

also based on the result you can quantify that even if mismount the block or mounted when drunk would not really matter much as long as the block makes contact with the chip you are fine. Difference between tight mount and loose mount is only 2.5C

also makes more sense to lower the room aircon as that plays more difference than blocks

actually from what i see in the graph, you want some major improvement just by owikh's peltier block that would make major impact than normal blocks. At least you start to see 10C difference and not 1C and below
