actually meeting the same people over and over again in the ladder has a good side, u get to different build against the player because your opponent would expect u to do the same strategy..hence improve your skill when u play in a best of 3 matches or tourney which your up coming opponent might know your strategy by looking how u deal with your previous opponent

what ive heard is eu and na are interchangeable for free

ye my friend asked me to do the same when i was in the uk, he told me that i can call the blizzard by skype (free)

buy sea account and u can still play in NA, and trust me if u play in NA only, u cant join any of ur friends who u meet playing in sea (which mostly all of us do play in sea) and u cant join any tourney in KL (which registration is free eg. fxopen, wcg). most importantly, the lag is killing most of us, unless u have 10mb or 20mb connection but it still doesnt guarantee lag free.
