Hi Guys,

What do u all look for when buying a new AP?
I'm looking at a range between 500-800 (can push a little bit more), and for a space of maybe 30-40m2.
Looking at mass brands such as panasonic, sharp, samsung & phillips...
Among the four brands, which would you guys recommend for maintenance and filter (cost) purposes.

Cheers

Perhaps you can do some research based on these criteria.

How many layer ?
How small of particle can be filtered by HEPA filter ?
does it have report prove the Ap can filtered the virus/bacterias ?
Does it have 3rd party certified ?
How many usage of electricity would it use ?
And can cover how many sq feet & how long can be filtered the air ?

Hopes these can help you. But I will recommend ATMOSPHERE brand.

coz obviously can see dust and mold-like especially on the charcoal filter since charcoal filter is black color.. so normally just vacuum it at least once a month..
*
but is not effective. best way is change the filter

omg.. but from eyes can see the dirt.. can't stand so at least vacuum it or wipe with cloth.. at least something?
*
Just don't see it = = or buy new one if really can't stand for it

Once u use wet cloth wipe it, the filter totally loss.

Hi , Anyone using Blueair purifier ? is it good ?
I need air puriefier for the baby room but cant make up my mind which brand to choose, some say philips and sharp better but when i go to harvey norman they recommend BlueAir brand ..
*
Now blueair is develop to which model now ?

If.you not sure what you want ,you can follow these checklists

1. What size or microns they can filter ? Eg. Hand foot disease is 0.027

2. Do they provide you report what virus containment they can filter ? And third party support

3. Check the CADR . It support how much they can cover to ur room

4. And how big and thick of the hepa filter. Some are very big but very thin and gap is wide..

You can also ask them to do the demonstration to you.

The info I have, blueair can filter the microns is 0.1, and cannot filter virus containment. Not suitable in baby room.

You look for Amway air purifier, Atmosphere. Filter microns 0.009, can filter virus containment with report attached. And filter rate is.quite strong. And is certified by Allergy Uk. For those who have allergy with something.
