Thanks for the link.

I read this site before - A bias review written by someone that sells their own brand of air filters
If you read the whole article properly, which the writer hopes you don’t, it says and I quote,
The problem was that he set the Mi air filter to High but after three hours, it set itself back to Auto Mode which reduces the whole air flow. The way he wrote the whole review with big words of how unsafe it is, that makes you and other readers conclude that the Mi filter is no good and unsafe but actually he is only complaining about the auto mode, that he can’t set it to High for more than 3 hours. Only one small line he mentions that there is nothing wrong with the filter itself or the fan which is fine.
Anyway I can tell you, the Mi Air Purifier 2S can stay in manual model, set to High if you want. It doesn’t drop to Auto Mode on its own. But totally unnecessary as it has a PM2.5 counter. If the air is already clean, I don’t see why it needs to stay in High Mode

I using Mi Air Purifier Gen I.

I got this reading so far.

PM2.5 25 (sometime 20). AUTO MODE.
Allocate its at Living room. Near the door entrance, slightly 3 ft away.
Slightly less dust on the furniture, but still need to clean the dust in a few days, compare to need to clean everyday last time before use.
When there is open burning sometime at the night and evening by some idiot at nearest village that do some dumping ground, this Air Purifier will become red and automatically in High Fan mode...

Is it good or not good?

Not all dust will be floating in the air all the time. Only lighter particles floating in the air gets clean by air filter
Heavier dusts will settle on the floor, furniture, etc.

Your PM2.5 reading of 20-25 is very clean air already. I set mine to turn on by itself when it reaches 50
Even 50 is consider clean

No wonder some of the dust remains on the furniture.

BTW, you can feel some good breathing if using air purifier.

When got budget, I will purchase for the bedroom and the other rooms.

Or, when the RM improve a bit...ahahaha
