Plan hand on Panasonic F-PMF35ARM but according to the Panasonic website the filter need to replace every 3 year and when i ask the seller they don't even know about the replacement filter and how much it cost. Anyone have ideal on it?

Anyone here using AAF Purair 400A? Is it "Good" because when i read the boucher.. Wow the purify area is far more better compare with Sharp KCA60EW only don't know how long can the filter lasting. I plan use it for my living room.

I have the same experience。 A rubber ring that hold blower on my old air purifier is breaking and i can't find the replacement, so the ending place is in junkyard.

At this moment of considering, Panasonic is a famous brand that should no problem to find the filter but strange thing is even the seller don't know about the replacement filter. I wonder do the SenQ guy know better.

Just make some math on Sharp KCA60EW (RM1900+-) vs AFF Purair 400A (RM1299).
Sharp is well-known than AFF and Sharp filter claim that can last for 10 year and washable. On the other hand AFF need to change the Carbon filter every 1500 hour/6month (RM128) and HEPA filter every 3000 hour/1 year(RM158) . That make AFF far more expensive when use for around for 2-3 year..

I think i will go for Sharp KCA60EW for my living room and Panasonic F-PMF35ARM for all the other room if i can find the spare filter.

I not saying the Sharp no problem with the filter but i say it last longer than other brand for KCA60EW model. Another problem is at Sibu, it was easy to get the Panasonic product than Sharp. At this moment the living room can wait because i pay attention on bedroom air that every night even i close the windows the smoke smile still can go into the room. And i go for Sharp KCA60EW because it 10 year long lasting filter that there is no other can bit it. But the Sharp smaller air purifier FUA28EW only last for 2 year same as Panasonic.

Ya.. Another solution that i think is buy the extra filter and charge it when the time come. But that also have 1 question. After 2 - 5 year where will the air purifier be? At home or junk yard.

Just back from SenQ, they ONLY have one choice at SenQ = SHARP. When i ask about the air filter, the same thing as the Panasonic seller.. Eeee... Aa.... No answer.. Maybe they didn't think people will changing the filter and will continue using the air purifier until it broke.


The Panasonic F-PMF35ARM (RM499) is a good choice because applicable area is 26m2 compare to Sharp FUA28E (RM449) 19m2 but may not good enough if use for big living room. BTW.. The Panasonic F-PMF35ARM filter is lasting for 3 year and Sharp FUA28E need to be change after 2 year.

So is up to you to choose. Both claim they technology (Sharp, Plasmacluster ions and Panasonic, nanoe) can remove gem in the air.

Seen like that is the only solution to solve my doubt. I will send email to both Sharp and Panasonic ask for the spare & price then compare the price.. Looking for the best thing for a little money spend

Ya, Panasonic did reply me in 1 hour after i sent them the email BUT here is they reply and i only can say

I live at Sibu and the service centre is at Kuching + The stock status is NO STOCK, model too new maybe
Still waiting for Sharp.

I agree, buying XYZ brand isn't a good choice sometime it even more expensive that the branded one + no guarantee how long you can get the service if problem appear。

Both Panasonic and Sharp don't have service centre at my town but both can arrange the after sales service if any happen to the air purifier. The maintenance fee for Panasonic F-PMF35A is RM287(2 filter)/3 year = RM95.67/year, Sharp FUA28E is RM150(1 filter)/2year = RM75/year and Sharp KCA60EW = RM550/10 year = RM55/year.

I still hesitate which to buy, but not too long as the air get worst and worst now days.

Panasonic Nanoe work on room temp. 5 C ~ 35 C and room humidity level 30%~85% base on Panasonic brochure.
So i think it will work fine in Malaysia as our temp. is always >28 C and humidity level is always >50%


Anyone ever test an air-con room humidity? As i know the air-con room is very "dry" that you put a glass of water in the room the water level will drop.

I pay RM329 and get my F-PMF35A at 2 week time due to stock problem. Now the F-PMF35A is RM349 at the lazada.
BTW if you pay with CC, you will be charge 0.8 - 1 % depend on bank, not as lazada claim no charge because the merchant is not in Malaysia.

Ya.. lazada only have blue colour and it got MALAYSIA warranty (1year on e-warranty). JUST you have to be patience to wait for you item as i read few say about lazada slow deliver service.



If it with FREE filter then it worth to buy as the filter (1set=2 type) is priced RM287. Please make sure that what you get for the free filter as the unit already including 1 set in the packing. If you buy from Harvey Norman on 04/08 and still get the free filter...wow.. RM399-RM287=RM112 ONLY!

You have wide selection since you just want to get off the dust. You can choose Panasonic or Sharp, both need to change filter, Panasonic F-PMF35A (3 years) & Sharp FUA28E (2 years) and they use around 6W (Low fan) to 20W (High fan).

You can also choose Takada SC-AC03 that only RM159 at Lazada that it claim 98% dust elimination rate. you can e-mail Takada ask for service center at your area since they are only available at major city (I ask for service center at EM it turn out only 1 at Sarawak and 2 at Sabah)
