yeah at first thought of getting the sharp, then in the end went for coway instead. coz coway has 6 filters.
where is the best place to put the air purifier?

I put mine near the open window and I dunno whether that's a good place to put it as it always shows red when there's haze.

hey guys ... is there any guide lines for putting the air purifier ? corner.. middle.. etc etc ? seems like different placement.. affects the air circulation and what not.. u all put where ?
*
Normally I place at the middle between the hall and the dinning area. Where the clean air blow out toward you. The menu said, 30cm from the wall. I don't no why the filter now design at behind. Ain't it suppose to suck air from front is more effective?

If put at the window, it suck air from outside and clean air blow out. But the filter is very fast dirty.

Have a look at Venta. Available from Benova. LW-15 RM1999. Traps air particle on rotating drum and clean air emerges from the sides. Very quiet for LW-15 22 dB. 10W only. Only change water. Made in Germany or at least inspired by German Technology.

Only clean rotating drum with brush. No filter - the water is the filter.

Please help me,

Currently i am searching for a product which can remove dust completely from my car.
i am searching through car air purifier but i doubt how it can remove dust since it just a small thing except philips go pure(philips too expensive and limited for use in car only,if i'm not mistaken)

i mean the product which can absorb dust like vacuum cleaner.

i dont care what the kind of product is, as the most important thing is i dont want vacuum again because it is very tired biggrin.gif

i found some products like Honeywell DA-5018, AAF PA200, Medklinn asen but i dont know how good they are.

It is good to get advice from consumers than ask the seller because the seller will always say good good good about their product

it use about 27w for medium setting , which is about 0.027*8hours*31days= 6.69Kw per month.... RM0.20 * 6.69= RM1.20+

a timer cost about RM20 from Giant .. no need buy timer d lo.... but not sure if the filter cannot last longer due to long hour usage.... RM129 for the filter , from lelong ....

27w is more than 1 CFL light bulb running cost.

Beside that, when your room is already fill up with clean air, continue run doesn't have any advantage. Ain't it better this 27w extra be run on a light bulb ? thumbup.gif

The filter lifespan is definitely shorten which is also the most expensive part.

If you decide to get a timer, 1yrs you already pay back your timer. RM12 from your running cost saving and the rest is from your saving in prolong the life of the filter. smile.gif

this model is basic and no timer option. option to adjust speed and ionizer are available.
between, I turn it on and sleep edi I also malas to wake up and off it. so might as well let it run. biggrin.gif
there is a small little note that adhered at the bottom side of the casing where you can use it to track the usage of the filter from what date to what date. and it is recommended to replace the filter every 2 years. of cuz you can choose to clean and vacuum the filter every month.

When I brought the unit, I must state it have a timer. No timer, no buy.

I timer it 1hr before sleep. And delay ON 6hr after sleep. The filter can last 10yrs. Or filter replacement light ON. Which 1 come first.

bro, since your living hall so big you can also consider FU-A80E
let's say two unit of FU-A28E-W cost you about RM650, FU-A80E cost rm 700-800 you can consider taking this which is just 100 more extra.
reason because FU-A80E has more applicable floor size than the FU-A28E-W.
