QUOTE(benny888 @ Nov 21 2011, 04:32 PM) Not much choices of roms : Holy Cow you are a Galaxy Note SIRI uncle Benny...Thanks so much 1. SHEEP rom based on KKA at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1352945 He uses his own kernel which is compatible with Chainfire CF root 2. Modded lean rom HK ZSKK1 at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1342797 3. Antoniomistretta KKA rom at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1342797 4. Germany KK9 and Switzerland KKA at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1350960 I have tested 1, 2 and 3 and frankly I don't see any major differences in battery life. If you read XDA forums, opinions are mixed - some said battery life is better while some said is worse. I'd say the HK ZSKK1 has a slightly better battery life If you are still on KKI - try change to FM kernel 1.2 by SHEEP ( the reviews seems not bad ): http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1342807 . Flash it using Mobile Odin or through CWM app |

Today my battery life has been awesome..i think freezing all those bloatware and also monitoring partial wakelock etc and sorting all the issues,my battery life has gotten better.Moderate to heavy usage Battery stats says 11hours and 9 minutes usage and i still have 30% left...so happy

QUOTE(stringfellow @ Nov 27 2011, 01:42 PM) DICE Player. Hardware accelerated movie player. "HW" icon will light up green when indicating running hardware acceleration. Any other movie player runs software processing only, which will eat into battery endurance. Yup used dice player...still find it the best. Thanks mates |
