What do you mean by compatible file message? If you have rooted then there is no reason you should unroot ever.just download custom ROM and flash away.

But I need to do nandroid backup before I flash new rom. I am without cwm now.

Anyone already apply screen protector and does the screen protecter have micro scratches from the S-Pen usage? I am using Nillkin brand and there are many micro scratches. Any specific Screen protector brand that is good for S-Pen?

Strange behavior with Kies. After I got Kies to recognise my Note, it stopped detecting my GTab 10.1!

Anyone having this same problem? Any solution to get Kies to detect both devices?

Put your ringtones ( create these folders ) in your internal sdcard:
/media/audio/ringtones

I did that and it worked for setting custom ring for specific person.

But if I want to use a custom mp3 as default ringtone, i am not able to browse for the mp3 cause only those built-in tones are shown.

Workaround is in music player, select the mp3 from music folder and set as ringtone. After this the mp3 magically appeared in the list together with built-in tones. Question is do i have to do this each time I want to use a new mp3 as default ringtone? hmm.gif

Why don't you post this at the XDA thread and perhaps Chainfire can advise you
Or you can try to use the "not rooted.bat" - it will overwrite your root - process will take slightly longer up to 5 mins to complete

Try first copy MP3 into internal SDcard : mnt/sdcard/media/audio/ringtones ( create the ringtones folder if not there)
Guaranteed method will work: If your phone is rooted you can just copy your MP3 into /system/media/audio/ringtones. You can use Root Explorer to do this . Reset phone and your MP3 will be detected
