Senior rank will automaticly be squadleader

Alpha Senior
Beta Senior
Delta Senior
Theta Senior
Gamma Senior


Remember that we aim to be organize teamplayer that will employ military tactics to fit battlefield 3 condition
Each Squad Group have it own callsign and different strategy
that of course i hope he willing to share with his squadmates properly

Just came back. 5 more minutes to 12am. Sigh I just came back and Origin Server is down for maintenance.

well he is i guess,
but Senior Rank is built for Squadleadership seat
not only that but also have the responsbilities to memorize tactics employed and teach other to be a squadleader as well
there are 5 Primary
but there always be Secondary
because we created this team to improvement our teamworkship

So,if sai can achieve the tactics and proceed it nicely
i don't see why we can't promote him to senior rank
just by Trainer because i don't have plan for 6 squad formation yet(34 people? max is 32 per team)

scene too extremely small, yet with 1000+ BF3 pc gamers around here, no reason why cannot get teams.
