Which plot if land BKP has just acquired? How big? This one could be v interesting..

If u leave your condo at 9am+ , the traffic is usually totally ok. Peak is 7.50-8.50am usually.

Unless its really in the kg side of kiara 3, and much closer to GIS , vista Kiara n the likes, I wud personally prefer it compared to Dutamas raya.. just a personal preference... Dutamas raya isn't bad, but still got a long way... More of a local feel..

This is Dutamas raya at 7.10am this morning. Took 20 mins to reach jln kuching.. the traffic lights at Dutamas raya Dutamas 5 junction and at Kensington really testing patience.. dbkl arrived at 7.30am to manually control traffic, a little better, but I think need intervention at 7.00am at least...

Dbkl manned the traffic at the small roundabout.. think it would be much more effective if they manually control at the two traffic lights.. still good effort by dbkl coming at 7.30am though if they came at 7am would be best..

Morning jam dutamas raya damn terrible.. no need to upgrade, just make it wider.. culprit is the traffic lights at dutamas raya and 5, and it front of Kensington... Need to hack the left kerb starting from small roundabout there to enable smooth flow going to putramas... Putramas jln kuching really needs proper interchange..

LFKL been there for years, doesn't seem to bring expat tenants to this part of the world... The surrounding still not up to these preferred expats' expectations yet or what?... Need more high end development with big developers coming in.. problem probably is because no single developer owns the many small pieces of land.. if sime Darby or same league buys out all lands here, then they will invest in upgrading infra, then really got high potential...

Was stating the general rule, those are exceptions... How many western expats? Reach 10% along that stretch of road...? If can get noticeable % like 30% for eg. I would think very very good already... I mean, there's a school there already... 97% or more of students in LFKL don't stay there I would assume..
