Your ignorance and stupidity does not even warrant the attention of a primary school teacher, let alone a professor assessing your so-called thesis. Moreover, asking a bunch of anoymous forummers for the sake of research? Are you going to quote the post number and nick in your thesis as the source of your primary research?

Your postings reveal a lack of knowledge of even basic facts regarding Singapore and despite your denials, you have an ulterior motive to run down all things Singapore and insult the forummers here who make their living in the republic. Denying it doesn't change anyone's minds here about you.

If you feel disturbed by the forummers here, go to another bulletin board or forum.

Truly a scholar.

A self-proclaimed bachelor's, CPA, CA and now pursuing a masters in a field where you seem to be studying the very foundations of international socio-political-economic dynamics. On top of that, your opinion is that only your opinion represents public perception, all employers and entire countries. Don't worry about the PhD. An honourary one is on the way.

Lee Kuan Yew's looking for someone like you. Seriously.

maybe you should rephrase that.

I guess what he want to ask is : "Whether a Singapore Company pay EPF to it's Malaysian employees."

The Companies Act 1965 and Employment Act 1955 are only meant for the local company to comply, they don't possess any right in regulating company and employees at foreign country.

Thus, a Singaporean Company will follow their own law instead of contributing 12% into our EPF account as required by Malaysian government. They have similar fund call Central Provident Fund ("CPF") and the percentage (%) of contribution will depends on the status hold by the employees (Work Pass Employees, Permanent Resident, Citizen etc.) and number of years working in the Company.

Read from earlier post lah.  The rubbish is the same 'bs' lah.

I was replying the "SG property price will never drop".  I said that is only true IF SG economy is doing well. You said SG will never fail as long as blah blah blah... That is a conditional statement already.

All price increase in long run but price will DROP in short term during adjustment. If US can fail, don't BS SG will NEVER fail lah.
*
Well then i really don't understand your definition of fail.
To me fail means the economy totally collapse like Zimbabwe. That's fail
Both US and SG will NEVER be in that state or anywhere near that state.

Some think I am trolling here. Well you can always ignore my post and report to the administrator.

Other forumers have contributed some input and it helps me. Thank you very much.

I have some points on the property prices, now lets focus on prices of cars especially on the COE issue.

In this south east region, Thailand has the lowest car prices. In Malaysia, the car prices are very high whether local or imported. From the points I have gathered from other sources, it's because of the AP issue that push up all the car prices in Malaysia. AP is a so called 'behind door' method used by the BN cronies to rob money 'legally' from the car buyers. All these cronies become so rich at the expense of the rakyat. All in the name of corruption.

Singapore is the least corrupted country in this SE region but the car prices are higher than Malaysia partly blame on the COE imposed by the Singapore government in 1990. Under the COE, new cars are allowed to be on the road for 10 - 15years. After this time frame, the cars have to be taken off the road. Without COE, the prices are still expensive at par with Malaysian cars (don't take into consideration of exchange rate, dollar to dollar...ringgit to ringgit).

Take example Honda Accord 2.4 litre:
In Malaysia retail price is RM168k.
In Spore, price inclusive of COE is SGD186k. If no COE, price is SGD166k.

Any comments on the above? Is COE necessary? Is COE a burden to the people?
With no COE, the prices still the same level with Malaysian cars. Why is it so since Spore is the least corrupted country (by comparing with car prices in Thailand).

Hmmm.. I like your learned logic.

Between Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore...

Thailand ranks lowest (78) on TI's corruption index and has the lowest car prices.

Malaysia ranks in the middle (56) and car prices are in between Thailand and Singapore.

Singapore ranks highest (1) and has the highest car prices.

Therefore, using your logic (which ignores the concept of causation in favour of random coincidence) - it is undeniable that low car prices causes corruption. Wait...hang on... did the facts just make you eat your own words?

Which uni is your Masters from anyway? We should make a public service announcement about the quality of candidates it accepts.

@murusundram

Maybe you can consider include the below observation in your thesis

Based on Penis Size Average Results by Country

Thai have the shortest penis size (4.0") and has the lowest car prices.

Malaysian have slightly longer penis (4.4") and car prices are in between Thailand and Singapore.

Singaporean have the longest penis (4.5") and has the highest car prices.

I am sure your lecturer or paymaster will be impressed!

Should you decided to put this in your thesis, don't forget to put my nick on your reference. LYN kockroach, a supporter of Malaysia for Malaysians. Thanks

This also means the longer the penis, the lower the level of corruption!!!

Also, the longer the penis, the higher the standard of living and average income.

I think we can conclude that everything is determined by the size of your penis. Dayyumm... I think I'm going to get a PhD from Muruku's university.

OMG! This can TOTALLY be explained because if you have a shorter penis, you subconsciously need to compensate for the perceived lack of manhood & this manifests itself in needing to be rich no matter what (thus turning to corruption)! Ground breaking stuff yo! We should like apply to the Nobel committee for the price in economics for this discovery!
