can violence solve the problem? i hate violence.
i think his thinking is a bit radical, but I won't blame him for being defensive cos maybe I would if I were a non-bumi.
As a malay myself, I realize how bad our country is treating our fellow non-bumi,
especially when our current govt keep pulling out the race card on every single issue, but I believe many of us still dont want to
see such incident as the May 13 to happen ever again, regardless of bumi or non-bumi.
As for the currency exchange thing, even 2.43 is still good enough for me. even if it drops to 2.0 I would still stay here.
And I have to say that one of the reasons that I like being here is I like how the muliracial/multinational atmosphere in Singapore,
there are doing it way better than Malaysia, I kinda feel envious with their progress. I hope Malaysia one day could turn into such country.
I know many of you watching the news, reading the news paper about how some malays can be very supremacist, but some of us do wish
that our children don't have to live with such segregation. Changes are coming, even though its slow. I know some of my malay friends
that think the same way like I do. Although I think most of malays that have that way of thinking mostly are the one that more educated, oversea graduates etc.
