It's just normal standard mail and no recipient signature needed. Time to reach Malaysia vary but usually 3-4 weeks but most of the times can take one month. No way can reach a month using that shipping option. If it's UK Royal Mail then one week can reach.

Shipping medicine needed approval from Ministry of Health or else your package will get detained. Cannot simply ship medicine here.
