JPJ(p)22) from JPJ. The green one us for inspction. u need to change ur plate and go inspection at nearest JPJ .. then after the Vehicle Exeminer satisfied, u will recieved the yellow paper- this yellow one are needed when u wanna pay the summone

do u have her latest passport size picture? do u remember her IC number? then if u have both thing, juz bring the picture and remember the ic no to the nearest JPJ to renew the FULL licence. Juz telling the counter stuff ur sister at oversea and will come back end of year.

okie this is the procedure..
1. Bring the car to nearest PUSPAKOM and ask them to make "owner change" inspection. then u need to pay RM(??) and u will get
VR1 certeficate from PUSPAKOM. - dont forget to bring RC
2. You and the previous owner need to come to JPJ - bring along ur IC, RC, VR1 Certificate and RM100
3. You and previous owner's Identification Card will be comfirmed by JPJ Officer at Kaunter pengesahan tandatangan. And both of u need to jod down ur signiture in front off the officer.
4. After all procedure, go to next counter for apply changing name.
5. U will asking to come and collect the RC ( Registeration Cert ) in 3 workin days
