Hi everyone!

Need help urgently. I bought an auction car 7 years ago but never changed the title (yeah, that was dumb but anyways...). For past 2 years, my car broke down and I didn't fix it. Now roadtax expired over a year ago and i cannot renew. What to do? I'm told I need to do jpj puspakom inspection but I don't have the car title. What to do?
