Just receive AES summon today with accuse of speeding

with the current confusion state of the enforcement system, the question still remains: To Pay or Not to Pay?


some people say that if pay within 2 weeks can get discount
some people say even you dont pay nothing will happen

with the news from paultan above, am I supposed to hold for their announcement? What if they say system continue to halt, or all previous summons will scrap after I pay, how am I supposed to get refund?
