Morning guys, I got one problem, not a big one, but still cannot solve.

Here goes the story..I got 2 cars, a honda civic and gen 2. the gen 2 is my first car and given to me by my parents so I don't want to sell it. Because of salary increase, I bought a civic on 2008 and I'm driving civic to work like everyday. the gen 2 is in the garage from that day onwards. Gen 2 road tax expired on 29 June 2009, and I did not renew it because I did not used it as much as my civic. It also got a huge dent on the passenger front door.

Now that my brother going to further study, I intend to give the gen 2 to him. My problem is the gen 2 road tax has expired nearly a year ago, so can I still renew the road tax?

I asked around before and the people say I need to repair the huge dent on the door first and go for inspection at Puspakom before I can renew the road tax, is that true?

Another thing, will it affect my NCD if I continue to delay the renewal of my gen 2 road tax. Please comment. tq.
