my neighbour is a jpj officer, i want to ask for his help on paying aes summon (maybe can get discount)
what to do? should i pay them by myself? or should i wait for discount announcement from govt?
also, if i want to wait for the discount announcement, that means i have to pay after the deadline in the summon letter. is it ok to do so?
