I have won a number from jpjebid and going to buy a new car and register the number with it
however as currently my wife just sold her car 3 months ago, I would like park the new car under her name to continue NCD benefit.

Do I have to personally go jpj to transfer the number to her prior new car registration? Or just giving the all related docs to the sales agent will do?
