guys, i just get an aes summon on 24 dec 12.. so the letter just arrived yesterday..

now i confuse some say no need pay if your summon before 1st January 2013 and go to JPJ/Police Station acknowledge the summon to clear it

some say dont pay first as the court still proceeding..

need advise and clarification on this ..
