hey i have a question. got this one car owned by my friend which accidentaly got one time he was cheated by his own cousin to sell him this waja. then the cousin actually owes the "ta yi long" money then run d, the ta yi long got the car then find out the owner's name and address and found my friend because they haven't change name that time. later they come to my friend and ask where the cousin, then only my friend knows the whole story. at this time the grant of the car still with my friend. after some time, because the waja still have installment to pay by that cousin, my friend tell the ta yi long to change back lar.. tukar balik waja with the car. then get back the car, pay little money also nvr mind. but now the problem is, while the car is in possession with the ta yi long, the car punya geran still with my friend, and when he get back the car, he found out that the ta yi long managed to renew the car tax without the geran. the ta yi long said he can do it one. then later now the problem is here. i recently want to buy the car from him, but the geran there didn't print the latest car tax. and also dunno whether the ta yi long got buy insurance or not. even if they got buy also dunno which company. so now how to buy from him? cause the car also dunno got road tax or not. but the ta yi long managed to pay the tax wor......... pls help
