Clarification needed here.

The story is like this.
On 17/8, I was caught by police for speeding.
So, he said my speed was at 124 km/h.
(This is the first time kena, so i didnt think of request for photo evidence).
He also got ask "macam mana"
I ended up "donate" him (ok im wrong here )
He said he already informed his colleague to settle this.
He said if i still see any saman after one week, look for him (again im stupid for not getting his contact, he only told me his name).

So, i kepo and wanna check if i kena saman or not.
What makes me confuse is the status for sms and website is different.
So which one is accurate?

1. Check via SMS (using car plate number)
Check via sms (POLIS SAMAN CARPLATE to 32728) - got saman record RM150.
When i check for saman details (POLIS SAMAN CARPLATE EMAIL to 15888) - no record

2. Check via SMS (using IC)
No record.

3. Check via website (MYEG, JPJ website, SSO website)
No record.

But how come sms say got record, but website no record.
