Hi all expert,
Need some input & opinion.. I was eyeing for used Satria, but the problem is... That car is on 4G93 still not endorse yet, I was told by seller the origin body capacity from 1.3cc. I know is far more exceed 30% allowed. Is it possible to endorse 1.3 >> 1.8 capacity? |
