QUOTE(rihuhs @ Dec 18 2011, 06:22 PM) yup. pretty much so. but MSIA's proportions are true to its original design, while RDs looks a lot more sleek. nice one but the diorama seems a bit out of scale.. looks like 1/100th scale models fits better imo The mecha bases fits both 1/144 and 1/100

Which spray is better for spraying the gold parts of Strike freedom to make them shiny? Any recommendations besides air brush?

QUOTE(ngcheechong @ Dec 18 2011, 06:57 PM) The mecha bases fits both 1/144 and 1/100 I'm aware of that.. the base itself looks ok already, but those "stairs" looks a bit big for a 1/144

its not as complicated as you'd imagine. lets say you wanna paint a rx 78. all you need is the 5 colors. white, blue, red, yellow and grey.
spray cans if you want, is fine. the most important thing is you start, and later you can improve and get more tools.

mmm no need some other liquids or something? anyway, i will ask this in another thread once i plan to start spraying. i think better for me to finish straight builds of my current kits....still got tonnes to go - delta+, sword impulse, 007, red, blue frame, zaku =_=
