Yes!!! You are having same problem with me!! I bought a figure from them and the figure that I bought from them is missing the left hand while it have duplicate right hand. I never plan to return to that shop anymore.
P/S: He did exchange for me and I found out something. They just seal back the package and resell it at Time Square branch.
