I agree.  Besides, I always have a thing for women with armor.

Anyway, here are some of the few shots I took recently

Cool but unfortunately my cabinet is reserved for uhmm....well mostly....you know......(exception was Golgo).

I blamed the M16 for the temptation.

I really like the Saber character in Fate/Zero anime and I'm thinking of getting one of her, something I can display in the future. The only problem is, the price is bit expensive. I'm still bit new to collecting figures so I need opinions from you all, is the piece worth the price? People have been saying it's got great details and etc. The only downside for me is the price. Retail price: 13,800yen

What makes a figure expensive basically? The details?

I don't know much about that as I only collect poseable and articulated figs, but if you want something similar but at a cheaper price you can try getting the Figma version of the exact same figure and bike in your pic. The Figma will be released next week or so (late April) while the bike should be opening for orders in the near future.

Oh well, just a suggestion bro. I guess I just don't know how to appreciate static figures so I'm sorry I can't be of help there.

Haha it's okay, well...I just placed a pre-order. Looking at the details at close-up really amazed me, after thinking for few days, I guess it'll be worth it (since she's my fav character and the piece looks great). I will have to save a bit after getting this though but it's all good.

for me, my preferences would be scale figures > figma = nendoroid
but the factor might change depends on the details and cuteness (MOENESS OVERLOAD) factor laugh.gif laugh.gif
for me, the details on scale figures will always be higher than the other 2, BUT, figma has the ability to be articulated, and therefore higher posability and playability....
for nendoroid, the kawaii-ness and moe-ness already kills off the competition....
all i can say is... they're from different categories and have the reason to be in their own league.... so, basically we cant compare scale figure with figma and nendo....

it's good to see another Saber fan here XD
i PO'ed her too thumbup.gif thumbup.gif

PS: but all that i want to complain about scale figurines are... the STEEP PRICE!!!!! argh..... even buy one is already making my wallet screams.... cry.gif cry.gif cry.gif

Yay for another Saber fan here. I'm new to figure world actually, this will only be my 3rd buy. Because of budget, I'll most definitely only collect the characters I like. Even then, I have to refrain myself from getting too much sweat.gif And I agree about the steep price! So I've got Nendoroids (Yui Hiarasawa) and Nendoroid Puchi (Angel beats set 02) on the way, with this 1/8 figure of Saber, my next mission is a Figma. The Saber Zero doesn't attract me much, so gonna skip that till they come up with something nicer. biggrin.gif

hmmm, it's been like that since Evangelion.

Btw, that Tachibana Hibiki hair really unsuit with the armor and headgear. Looks ugly
