this is what i got from XL-Shop
but there is a little problem with my prime when i got it home.
i ask for a change and this is what he says
is boss policy why you never check the toy be for take, i say i check but never see any problem till i look clear enough.and he says you may have got other toy to replace it so is hard for me
to change
( the problem with the toy is take me so long to see the problem)
ones walk out the shop no replace what so ever.
is revoltech problem but list you can do is give some service, that's what i think.

Added on November 21, 2011, 11:07 pmcan any of you peeps in here see what the problem with my prime?

^ Had the same experience a few years ago from XL-shop. I bought a fig from them online, and it has a slight defect (the leg peg is too small, can't fit the stand). emailed them about it, never gotten a reply.

Never bought anything from them ever again. Their prices are shit compared to amiami anyway :3c

You just got a battle damaged Prime. Not sure if Kaiyodo provides replacement parts like what I heard GSC does for Figma. XL generally is pretty strict with that policy, unless the branch manager recognize you as a regular customer.

actually XL had a point also ... if you bought it MISB, then open there in shop.. checking all ok, then return home only found something wrong .. not all fault should be on them ..

it maybe a careless handling? perhaps you lost it when open the box, the part flew out ?

it's not like XL made/produced the item; it was imported .. they had no control .. if they or you found it has missing part while checking, they may exchange with new 1 ..

but you returned home to only realized it .. and XL with benefits of a doubt ..

i don't blame XL but i all so say is revoltech problem.
but if you like your loyal buyer to stink with you list you can say, i try to work out some thing with
revoltech no promise for exchange, but try if can to get a replace.
i mean batter service but in states say so much of thing in fist place and say right to your face say NO.
if my shop run like that i lose all my walk in long time a go.

means XL have zero QC.

> XL buys stuffs
> no check on quality i.e. self-QC
> just bank on the fact it's MISB
> Resell it to customer
> Got problem? Not XL's fault

So better check in front of them before u buy.

Cannot blame them too. Coz some people accidentally broke it then come claim is QC problem.

Their policy is quite long ago. Advise you to check 1st especially Hottoys. If you buy from HLJ, they would just send another new one like some lucky fellow here.

This policy actually is same like XL. Time Machine also most probably wont refund you if u only found out abt the fault after u walked out of the shop. On the other hand, I guess their fault-handling for the online purchasing is bad; I think they only have exchange policy for walk-in customers only
