hi guys i have 500+kb gif to resize it to a smaller size
i tried using imageready ..but i have no idea how to resize all the frames at once...

smaller web size or smaller dimension ??

for smaller dimension > just normally resize it to your desired size..
smaller web size > maybe reduce the quality or make it in flash..

in image ready, i just click image > image size > change the size > ok.. and as i know, all the frames will be resize at once..

or maybe u could use JASC Animation Shop 3.. it shows each frames out and select it all and then resize it.

yeah, same here, i use Jasc animation to resize the whole file at once.. no need select frame by frame...
