Had a disappointing experience in starbucks seremban yday.

Decided to claim my asian dolce latte from the top up promotion and was told that the offer is already over since 23th april. I told the girl at the counter politely that I just claimed a cup at the Sg Besi drive through branch the day before.

She said that's because they are the only branch in Seremban, and she confirmed with her manager. I told her off by saying that's not my problem and as the promotion dateline is 30th April, so if your stock ends earlier, can't you replace it with another drink? She said she have to confirm with her manager first, and that stupid lady was missing.

Ady lodged a formal complain with starbucks malaysia through email, and anyone noticed that the 1300 they previoulsy used is not theirs anymore? I called that number behind the card and the guy that answered said this is not starbucks malaysia. Gosh.. what an experience

just got this card from my wife. she won from lucky draw from her company.

i dont understand the reward / redeem thingy. i get points when i reload the card or when i purchase drinks ?

btw, how can we claim our free cake on birthday month?
that day i bought a tall signature hot chocolates, pay with my starbucks card.
then i ask the cashier, do i have a free cake from my card? he says no.
but when i come back and check on my card balances and rewards,
i can see below:-
