Thanks PSM, mind to tell how can I check where is the booster pump and how to determine whether it's strong or not?
*
Booster pump will normally be installed beside your tangki, and it is always under the rooftop. As for the checking, what we normally do is we can first turn on the water tap, then turn on the shower water to see whether the water remains strong or has gone weaker. It also depends how many toilets you have. But the best way is to call up your plumber smile.gif

I have 3 units of Rubine water heater (built-in ac pump) bought on January. 1 in the ground floor bathroom and the other 2 in the first floor bathrooms.
They were all running fine until the water disruption started in Selangor. One of the 1st floor unit doesn't function well anymore. When I turn it On and use, the pump sounds very weak and it dies off after a while leaving the water pressure extremely slow. But funnily, the water pressure is like normal from the taps in the same bathroom.
The other 2 units are working fine. Is the problem with my piping or water heater?

i got the plumber to run a bypass with one way valve at the tank to all the bathrooms on upper floors ($300 incl 3 valves & install) biggrin.gif and then bought Joven water heater without the pumps (it cost much lesser rclxm9.gif compared to those with pump function) yet quiet And believe me the water pressure is good and i save on electricity bills long term nod.gif and maintenance/investment on water pumps brows.gif though i still dont pay for water bill as i used less than RM15 a month! rclxms.gif

dont worry la, I got 3 Joven, use for 7 years also no problem
But mine are storage heaters, not instant. If instant ones, then good luck to you. (no matter what brand) tongue.gif

Ok, I'll opt for Alpha this time.
Next question, where to get 3 units at a bargain?
Not using it myself, just for a rent-out unit.

Get a reputable product, and a good installer. Don't cheap on product and installation even is for rent. Your tenant is still human being.
