Hi, Im having my spm this year.

Well, I've decide to enrol in college in january 2010,next year.
then, take a degree in chemical engineering.
Im confused between foundation and a levels.

I want to take foundation in science but the problem is I dont know either it is recognised or not, I heard that foundations are only recognised by its own uni, which means I can only study foundation and my degree in the same uni. Is it true?

the reason why i want take a levels because it is international recognised, which means after i finish a levels, i can continue in any private u , not limited like foundation?

is it true? can anyone suggest? i think i had made up my mind to study chemical engineering, chemistry is my interest.
