i would like to ask, which private colleges do offer STPM?

i would like to take on STPM but not at a school; as i would like to set myself in a much condusive environment besides seeing uniforms and teachers whos reputation lies within low grade educational lectures

any ideas? hints?

and oh, i heard that taking stpm has longer schooling hours.. is it true? how do you compare it with others (or , is there any comparison at all?)
