Asking on a behalf of my brother:

He is an O level cert holder (very impressive results IMHO) and would like to further his studies rather than pursuing a 3 year diploma in Business course in a local (Singapore) Polytechnic.

He's pretty interested in: Monash University Foundation Year aka Year 0 in Sunway JB.

Do take note he has to fulfil about 2 years of National Service prior proceeding with year 1 in Monash. By following this route he would have saved around 3 years to obtain a degree cert.

Please advice.
