knowing from this link (http://www.hargaemas.com.my/comparison-gold-investment-account-malaysia), mbb has the option to withdraw the physical gold.

but just now i check the official mbb website (http://www.maybank2u.com.my/mbb_info/m2u/public/personalDetail04.do?channelId=INV-Investment&cntTypeId=0&cntKey=INV03.02&programId=INV03-Gold&chCatId=/mbb/Personal/INV-Investment), it only shows can be withdrawed as cash or credited into ur account...

can any sifu to advice me whether mbb allows to withdraw the physical gold?

if yes, any fee (eg. admin) incurred & the procedure looks like (e.g. need to sell off the paper gold per their selling rate then only give u the physical gold per their buying rate)?
