if you go to the Gold smiths they will offer you LME -10% if not purchased from them earlier

I can get you up to LME -5% if your amount is about 1kg.

gold move up ald ~ no more cheap gold ~

I have this book autographed by Azizi Ali himself... content wise very simple to understand. I found it only 4/10 in usability

Still ok consider last time .. I think i will buy gold at 3pm. I want to see the trend first before purchasing. Buy at the last minute is better since gold price update will owes be next day.

Opsss .. forgot .. i use Public bank gold purchase via internet. Can purchase gold anytime and the result will be instant.

For me i still think UOB gold is the cheapest one but not convenient for me >_<

I would change mine to UOB cause of low spread but because it takes a lot of time just to go purchase there and i dont think i have the time to buy gold at the right price due to my work field.

I'm not welling to pay more than RM2 spread price. It make me lazy ... It's very far for me to go to UOB and CItibank.
Nearest is CIMB, BIMB, Public, HL, AMMB, maybank, amanah saham (within 1-5min ++ distance).

But also you need to use money for transport or other to reach there and buy with rm2 spread. Unless you buy at large amount, your expenses to go there might worth it. But buying small amount...... =.= ~~

the gold price, not only depends on the USD/gold/oz. the exchange rate of the usd/rm also very important. take consideration of both factors. now, usd/rm is at 3.11+/-.
even if gold go up to 1750us/oz but usd/rm 3.00, also no gain. (not much difference)

UOB also not very convenient for me but the low spread is good.. Imagine can only make little profit from gold investment every cent counts.. Maybank spread too high cant really make profit

Im still waiting for it to go down more since not enuff cash for UOB gold invest

put it this way, you said 'since not enough cash for uob gold invest'. is the hassle of going to a bank branch good for you?
petrol, time, etc?? buying anything lesser than 50gm, even after positive gain minus all the effort, is it worth while.
