hi all, want to ask you guys' opinion....
i was on MC last friday and had already throw resignation letter in beginning of this month. hence when i return to my office today, my HR told me that my Mc was consider as unpaid leave since i already tender my resignation, may i know i m entitled to get the mc as paid leave according to labour law ?
