Recruit Express:
http://www.recruitexpress.com.my/

Successful job seeker must pay RM50 to Recruit Express for Letter of Appointment.

If a job seeker who has signed Letter of Appointment and do not turn up to work on time or leave within 90 days, salary would be cut 80%.

As far as I understood..

There have 2 company there. Nev Corp and Crative KT. They share company there bcoz near owner still haven found the capital to own his office gua or maybe both of the owner not enough capital so need to share to rent the office. If you want to train ur stamina and charismatic, here is the good place for you to train. If you are hunger for money, then try it here. You need to struggle for a while then oni u get good income. There's no rite o wrong to join tis company. Totally up to you. If Cobra really a sucks company, they wouldn't have survive for so long and have more n more subsidaries company coming up rite? It depends on individual.

Management Trainee

Information
Last week i was invited for an interview for the position Management Trainee at a company called JT Resources based at Jln Kemajuan Section 13. When i reached thur, thur was around 15++ ppl waiting to be interviewed. It doesnt seem like a big corporation at all coz the whole office just got 2 rooms and 2 tables on the outside, only 2 managers and 2 clerks while others are all sales staff. I was starting to get suspicious of the company. On the first interview, they din reveal wut the job scope is about, but they did ask me whether i have been workin in any sales positions before. Guess wut, they look professional and they 'act' professionally. They called me a day later that i passed the interview and i need to go for another interview. On the 2nd interview, they brought me through a 'job preview', crap, to my surprise, they told me i hav to go through stage 1 and few more stages b4 i can hav a executive position in that company, and you know wut is in the 1st stage? I'll be assigned to a senior and hav to direct sell biscuit from office to office. One more funny thing is that they told me that they haven't venture into house to house direct selling and soon they will. they crap this and that bout how pro they were by saying this is a good career advancement la dis and dat. i got to know from 1 of the seniors thur that the fella still selling biscuit door to door after promoted to a higher position as a trainee.

One more thing is that i heard a rumour from one of the senior thur that the failure rate of completing the training is pretty high, IMHO, they use this training thingy to cheat freshie into direct selling. once its the rite time for those trainee to progress to the next step, they got fired, the excuse is below performance. but in fact in my opinion is, they aint any next steps at all, they just wanna hire fresh grad to direct sell for them...I guess this is a trick to con freshie like me into direct selling, we are fresh and naive, easier to con, we are grad, look more professional than those from the lower qualification education background searching for direct selling jobs. Thats why we are the target. Beware Freshie!!!!

Elegant Promenade (PJ),Cobra Int(TTDI),Pro Enterprise (Subang Jaya) all are same companies under DS-MAX.For more info about DS-MAX read here:

http://wolfram.org/scam/ds_max/

I was working in Elegant Promenade for 1 month few years back, bcos that Time I really need money and willing to do any job (as long as legal) to settle my problem.

Just 1 word, these 3 companies that I mention are all the same, doing Direct sales...door to door...people to people.Well,...how I know they are the same bcos my ex-collegue told me last time. The difference between them are the divisions,Elegant Promenade is food division,Pro Enterprise is clearence division,Cobra Int is flyers division (If I'm not mistaken)

They always use the same motto which is:

JUICE

Join
Us
In
Company
Expansion

their mind control and brainwashing way is very strong,I almost kena from them..luckily I know and recall why I was here (bcos I want money to settle my own problem, once I had enough then I quit)

Their manager really made use of ppl! that's why with their motto JUICE,once u join them....u become his footsoldier, then he is the King who always sits in the office and the footsoldiers are outside selling like hell.

These 3 companies are f***-up and what a rip-off!!!!!! mad.gif I will be happy if 1 day they closed down or bankrupt.Maybe our goverment should take action on these scam! thumbup.gif
BEWARE: I heard some gossip that they might participate in Job Fair, post it on online job applications and etc. So just stay away from these scams and @$$h0l3s!

Additional info:
Pro enterprise website : www.proenterprise.com.my

Rip-Off report from some1 is PJ (search in google)
http://ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff107106.htm

DS-MAX MLM company (I search this recently in google, and they start their MLM way in Malaysia)

http://www.dnmc.biz/

FYI: DS-MAX stands for Direct Selling to the MAX

Yeah yeah...i came accross this name when i went to the interview at JT Resources, the door thur they stick elegant promanade...i guess that name 'elegent promanade' is already busuk den they try to use new names like JT Resources and all those crappy names to con others into joining them and direct sell....When i went for the so called 'job preview' they require us to sell cookies door to door during the training as a management trainee..i doubt that coz i never heard of management trainee hav to go through those crappy jobs...the worst is data entry (in big big corporation like HSBC)...Beware!!!! shakehead.gif

One more last thing...they posted this position on Jobstreet...beware posted on jobstreet doesn't make them not a scam company...

Just imagine all the bosses sit in the office with aircon while those freshie being conned walk in the hot sun selling and battling for them door to door!!!ppl dis aint rite and they r f**ked up for being cruel to con ppl...why the government not looking into dis? Hope they'll bankrupt and close down while all its sales staff that being conned get compensated...

I don't think you need to pay anything because there should be an agreement between your (future) company and recruitment firm regarding the charges once you get a job

Generally a jobseeker should not have to pay to get a job. The charge should go to the Hiring company instead.

Usually agencies who charge the jobseeker will tend to push you into a job that probably don't fit, janji you got job...

Go for more established recruitment gency. Pay for the fellas lunch at least he can sell your skills to the clients... *hint* *hint* icon_idea.gif

FYI I am not a recruiter ok tongue.gif

Whatever is it, recruitment companies will not ask the candidates to pay any fee. Instead they charge the recruitment fees aka search agency fees to the company whom are hiring the candidates..So not to worry about recruitment firms..

If they (recruitment company) ask you for a certain amount of money (etc: processing fees, bla bla bla), then by all means, please avoid those companies.

yah i went to the first interview, was conducted professionally ( the interviewer has perfect English )...
But she was vague in giving details about what job scope, so i was suspicious after the interview.

The very next day, another company asked me for an interview, i said ok, and when they give me the address, i was surprised to see that its the same address that i went that day. B-2-15, Megan avenue II.
So i went to jobstreet and look at the jobs they are offering, most of them are vagues and not promising.
I believe they are scammers.

this kind of company better beware.could be another scam company..usually recruitment agency will tell you which client they want to propose your resume to.
