QUOTE(Josh_M @ Nov 21 2011, 05:09 PM) Airbag sensors normally located deep at front, probably at hard skeleton structure of the car. Those structure, once damage, will normally affect car structure, so the sensor located there. Once the damage hit that deep, that probably affect the hard structure of the car....that might also greatly endanger the life of passengers. Thats when the bag deploys. At least thats the position of the sensors of my Honda City. Think most cars also same. If sensors located at easily hit place, suka suka air bag deploy, habis your wallet and probably will endanger life of passenger as well during minor accidents (air-bag can be very damaging to health of passengers but at life threatening situation, it will save life). |

I never quite like Z912 coz i just have to compare it with Hankook V12. It was shot down in almost all aspect. And yes, quite a number mentioned fast botak and makan side a bit....
However pricing for new V12 pulling further away from 912. IMO, V12 is actually a notch above 912 but price was brought down to 912 level to gain market share..now reputation there liao...raise price (besides the standard price increment of tyres in general). |

QUOTE(Fubar20 @ Nov 25 2011, 09:08 AM) I am using 4GB SD card. Some are using 8GB too in the blogs that I have seen. X5SE although working fine, seems to have problem exiting (logout). Sometimes, when reboot or restart after supposedly shutdown, it go straight to X5 without going thru Lokatoo mainscreen. Battery ran out fast coz I figure it does not shut down properly and at times might have gone to sleep mode or something. Thus after leaving it for 2 weeks, battery gone while earlier still got at least half. Previously the battery will last a while even a month sitting there. X8.5 exited to the launcher and then can go back to lokatoo main screen. Ensure perfect shutdown. The maps looks better, IMO. Anyway my unit comes with 4GB SDHC kingston. Got it in June 2011. |

QUOTE(Irishcoffee @ Nov 25 2011, 01:39 PM) guys shld i continue 10w-30 engine oil for persona? Nobody are sure what is the effect of the thinner 10W30 to PE engine. Maybe it's ok but then the risk is always there to use thinner lube than recommended min 40 lube. Some has used it without visual damages but then we would not know if damaged are there in the engine until later in engine life.i realized my workshp put 10w-30 oil during last 25k service while proton recommend 10w-40 any prob i continue use it?or i shld change immediately to avoid damage to my engine? If you still wanted to use it, since its already in the engine, just do constant periodically check on lube level. The moment lube level goes down noticeably, change it straight coz its DEFINITELY too thin. If not then its up to you coz nobody has the answer much less the so-called SC technicians who mostly knows nuts. This post has been edited by Cavino: Nov 25 2011, 01:51 PM |

QUOTE(Dav6534 @ Nov 25 2011, 01:48 PM) hey guys, if let's say my car tyre air is using some other lighter air that is pump into it by the tyre shop. is there any problem if i just pump it with the normal petrol station air or must i go back to the tyre shop to use back the same air? If you want to continue reaping nitrogen benefit, never ever pump in normal air. Coz the moment even a bit of normal air goes in, chain reaction...the nitrogen essentially becomes normal air. If lazy to always goes back to shop to pump, just convert it to normal air but pumping at gas station lor. For my City, I used nitrogen and overpump it to 3-4 PSI higher than usual. Last a couple of months before next pump. For my PE, I don't bother, normal air cukup, easier actually although a good nitrogen air does makes the drive slightly ligher especially on the steering and most importantly lose air slower. ps. but then again, all these feeling business might as well be psychology feel, no prove, maybe not even using real nitrogen air since lots of these shop never bother to maintain the machine and nitrogen pump in already contaminated with normal air. QUOTE(ZenGTMM @ Nov 25 2011, 02:04 PM) bang ALL the girls! Damn how i wish i got the 9GAG meme here.. Ah...if its NCT5, will probably feel like a rock but my City using the soft Hankook V12. Even normal use also have to pump at least 1-2PSI above standard to feel like normal tyre pressure.3-4psi higher than normal.. wow.. i take a max of 2psi above standard cos the ride becomes a bit too hard and road noise becomes quite high too. Added on November 25, 2011, 3:20 pm QUOTE(dannyw @ Nov 25 2011, 02:43 PM) Luckily you same as mine also... I'm driving H-Line. Is it possible H-Line and M-Line Lokatoo comes with different SD size?About the performance, today only 1st time use, plus trying new road.... But one thing, the statistic show my Max speed is 256KM/H This post has been edited by Cavino: Nov 25 2011, 03:20 PM |

QUOTE(jackyap84 @ Nov 26 2011, 01:09 AM) prefer fully syn... so only choice is edge lor... if go to 0-30 will harm engine? normally will use 5-30 right? As mentioned b4 use 30 weighted lube at your own risk. Not sure if it will cause damage to engine during long term coz lube might be too thin for our Campro engine. If lube too thin, it will not lubricate properly, might scratch piston bore wall, etc. Preferably always follows the recommended min. weight of manufacturer, in this case its 40 weighted min. Overall it will give better acceleration but might reduce your top speed. That is based on comments from a number of users (not PE) on difference on using 30 and 40 weighted lube. Although there is no way too know coz Proton SA are idiots, try not to accelerate above 140 or maintain high speed a longer time coz weight 30 viscosity might thin too much for our piston gap. Just a theory. There is no difference in using 0W or 5W as for our weather it does not reach sub-zero temp that 0 or 5W are meant for. |
