Tell them to sent it in for u and repair it for u, no point doing it urself, wasting ur own time and petrol.. If u urgently need the car or u dont mind sending it in for claims urself then its ok lah..

F**k got scratch on my 1 month old car on the way back from work...front part corner driver sider...F*****g sad...minor scratch with no dent but abit, just abit paint lost. how do i make it better?

How it happen? motor scratch? try polish first... else just wait till ur car 1 yr old with few more scratches only then go paint shop touch up ..
