Damn! AA charge me rm4 for booking meals. Seriously AA needs serious competition. Taking customers for granted by using unscrupulous methods to improve their profit margins. I have no loyalty for such unscrupulous company. What convenience fee do we have here! Are we causing them any inconvenience by giving them business? Are they not making money on the meals charged? This is downright unethical and unhealthy business practice. Just hope Malinda will expand quickly and wipe out AA. I will then kick them in the face and wish them a quick death. Learn from the Proton debacle. Why is there no customer loyalty.

Putraskyline, I don't get you. There is now a hidden charge where there is none previously. It is the hidden charges that get on my nerves. If the meals cost more then rm13 then state the price accordingly. Do you know that this is what got them into trouble in Australia for hidden charges and not being forthright in their advertised pricing. Damn this snaky company.

Like I said, if AA thinks the price is insufficient, state it upfront. Don't price it at rm13 and include additional charges when you make the transaction. Are you an apologist or a staff of AA?

Putraskyline, You are going off tangent with your argument. You are one of those who will tell others to migrate if you are not satisfied with Malaysia. Yes, I would prefer them to state the price at rm17 and that's the price I will pay when making payment. Would you like to go into a supermarket to buy a shirt priced at rm50 and then at the payment counter the cashier add another rm5 for transaction?
Human Nature, I paid thru Maybank2u. I have done this before without the addition cost. I was taken aback with this addition charge. This is direct debt and it is as good as cash payment. Imagine if 1million passenger, AA can rake in millions per year.

Human Nature, I honestly did not see the rm4 additional charge when I made the meals selection. I was only aware of it when I wanted to make payment. Tell me, when were you aware of the rm4 charge? Initially I thought Maybank2u imposed the transaction cost but when I called them, they say it is not from them. Although it is not a huge amount but AA will be raking in millions with this add on fee.

No, M2U made it clear to me that they did not impose the fee. It is all AA and they have nothing to do with it.
