I think after confirm the purchase, then later u cancel some of ur items. That spoilage fee come from the item(s) $$$$ u cancel..

few years ago i encountered spoilage fee issue also, i mail and told them it is the system un-friendly-issue and get the $$$ back. I think last time they did not implement the confirm button after you make some changes --> if not mistaken, i also not quite remember already

after web check in, i found out the seating for my partner and my seat are far apart.. then i continue to change my seating only ..
after payment made (RM6) , the page only show the newly book seating, those seatings previosly assign by the autoseat are all gone , except the seat that i bought ....
i tried to request for boarding pass reprint ... all the other seating is missing .. so how now ???

would like to ask about the airasia X on board meal from KUL - MEL.
if it is a mid-night flight (2220-0820), can I still order any on board meal such as nasi lemak ? ... what time they will distribute the meal... ?
anyone has experience boarding mid-night flight, what is the situation like ? all lights switch off until landing ? all people sleeping ?
