had a bad experience when me n bf fly from indonesia to lcct...
his luggage is the one with zipper,
mine is hard shell,no zipper - just combination code + lock key (L n R) oldskool type..

when we arrive at lcct...
his bag is alrdy open 1/3 of it..
he lost 2 of his batik shirt we bought in indonesia and 1 polo shirt..

i had no idea why this thing can happen...

they should put cctv at the bay n monitor the workers..

after that i learn my lesson n always use the hard shell w/o zipper luggage everytime i go with airasia..

IS THERE ANY OTHER CHEAP AIRLINES I SHOULD BE AWARE REGARDING THIS ISSUE???
or is it only happen in lcct?

He lock it with a normal padlock,not the one with combination codes...
everything already came off when we had our luggage..
the zip head is came of already..
